Ordinance, 1911, the penalties of imprisonment and fine

imposed by the present Ordinance may be inflicted al-

ternatively or cumulatively.

The reference to proclamations made in whole or

part under the Military Stores(Exportation) Ordinances,

or under the order-in-Council of the 26th October, 1896,

conferred both by Ordinance and by the Order-in-Council.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which Hi »

Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name

of His Majesty and on His behalf,
