imposed by the present Ordinance may be inflicted al-
ternatively or cumulatively.

The reference to proclamations made in whole or
part under the Military Stores(Exportation) Ordinances,
or under the order-in-Council of the 26th October, 1896,
is of course made because the Governor's proclamation
above referred to purports to be made under the powere
conferred both by Ordinance and by the Order-in-Council.
